the best long-term investment would be real estate. the initial investment can be anywhere from P50k (for a vacant lot) to a couple million, depending on what you'd like to invest on and how much money you can invest. the price always goes up whether you work on it or not.

it's pretty simple...and it depends on the seller...
if u can pay cash, then just be sure to have it surveyed and assessed by trusted, licensed professionals...
they'll also help you along the way...
be sure to ask for the title and ensure its authenticity..
if you don't or won't or can't pay cash, mortgage via Pag-ibig would be the best option (i wouldn't trust banks hehe)..
the maximum amount of loan that you can take from Pag-Ibig would depend on your income.
i can't find the table on their website but i think u can get a copy from your agent/broker.
if i remember correctly, with an income of 20k/mo (i forget if it's gross or net...i think it's gross), the maximum loanable amount is 800k. you can refer to this link for the calculations on how much you'll pay per month http://www.pag-ibig-fund.com/mt_calc1.htm

also, here's a good article on Cebu real estate: http://www.wayblima.com/cebu-life-real-estate.html

hi you can look it up at philippine stock exchange website! Ang name sa mutual fund is LEGACY HY Fund. Maayo kaayo ni kay that time man gud when I invested my money, nakuha nako ang advance 20% sa 5th year interests after 1 week.
5 year time deposit ni siya!! Naa pa gyud MASTERCARD nga GOLD ila gi-issue which you can use for shopping! Pre-approved na ang credit card. I am now no my third year sa pagdawat sa interest sa ako money.
I even added my investment, hehehe... nagloan ko sa banko ug 500T just to invest nasad! Tuyol -tuyok lang ang money.
If you are interested I will accompany you to their office. Bitaw tinuod gyud diay nga pwede ra gyud kwarta lang mad-lihok, kaysa motrabaho gyud. I am a nurse by profession, and i used to work na nag-earn lang ug 8T/month now, resign ko kay dili ko mabuhi kun ingon ini lang nga salary. My mom gave me her retirement money, everything....... kay larga man siya US, I invested it wisely.

    From the Boulat Network:

    Most common questions are:

-- Are there some additional information?
-- Do you know the parties involved?
-- How authentic is this opportunity and has this sort of thing been done in the past successfully?
-- Do you have personal past experience with these guys?
-- Can I contact this program's admin by phone?

First of all, I strongly recommend to visit http://www.globalpensionplan.net/?a=227aq5w and read their FAQ page to find many tips.

I do remember other Program with similar setup, managed by well known and trusted Newsletter publisher.

It was some 3 or 4 years ago,but was limited to US people only.As per my knowledge this program's goal were achieved.

Personally I believe that this program has good chances to be authentic.

Everyone should realize that it is a kind of "one time opportunity" where you put in risk very small anount (US$35 actually) to get very generous compensation in case of this program be successful.

Please read below some excerpts from my conversation with Global Pension Plan program's admin. Hopefully you will find some your questions answered.

    Dear Dr. Rafikov,

Yes, I know the Trust Partner, naturally.
I have had a few meetings with the group in Liechtenstein and in Münich, Germany. Although I am just the representative of the Trust Partner, I am relatively well informed.
However, I have signed a pretty tough non-disclosure agreement and all the information meant to be public is already revealed. I have to be almost too careful what to tell our members and what to tell not.

I have made it very clear to the Trust Partner that if I find a single, even a tiniest drawback or anything alarming at all concerning the program, the Trust Partner or their operations, I will let the online community to know that in
a heartbeat. This is just because I was hired on a result-basis, thus I am paid only if and when GPP pays. This is such an incredibly exhausting tast so I won't continue it any further if there is anything suspicious in air at all. Also, it is not in my intention to mislead this group.

This is not to frighten you, I just want to be perfectly honest!

I want to mention also, that I have met the general manager of the insurance company involved.
The meeting was held in Liechtenstein as well. Based on that I am assured the
Trust Partner is not alone behind the program, but there is also a reputable insurance company to issue the pension insurances.

I don't proved my personal contact details any longer, email
is the only way to communicate since my phone number was
    leaked to general public.
