There are many ways to do this, but the most obvious way is change from your free basic account to a premium account, because by going premium, you will use your credit card info, and thus, after you become premium, all your earnings in Linden Dollars can be directly converted to US Dollars via the SL website. So essentially, your credit card becomes a "bank" for all your earnings from your business activities in Second Life.

I personally am STILL a basic user, but I didn't need a credit card to receive real money for my work--I had this gunshop, and this shop was so successful 2 years ago, that all I had to do was to ask around my friends network, if anyone was looking for large amounts of Linden dollars, and I "sold" my Linden dollars to this person (my earnings from my gunshop)--the person would simply go to a Western Union website and send me the equivalent amount in US dollars, of the Linden dollars I would give him (this usually was between 20,000-40,000 L$), he would use the SL website for the current exchange rates, and he could even deduct the amount he would spend by using WU as service (usually 16-20 dollars ang mawawala sa akin)--I know, medyo lugi ako, but it was a fast, surefire and guaranteed method for me to get my money in pesos. And it worked for me for a whole year. I don't do this now because now I work for an SL firm that pays me a salary, so I don't have to mess with direct selling of L$, mas relaxed na ako ngayon
