GLBB 384kbps. Tested the link by downloading Win XP SP2.Â* My PC is behind a hardware firewall.

Netstat is monitoring my interface in bit per sec.
Windows download speed is in Bytes per sec.
Aside from that i have P2P downloading at an average of 29 kBps.
