For me: If it is in cebu city lands, cebu city potilicians has the right to say YES or NO and vice versa.
For Ciudad: Dili ganhan pahilabtan ni Tomas ang yuta sa cebu city and he has the authority and new overstepped his bounderies.
For SRP: Ayaw ko ingni ang SRP is located in bantayan or in carcar!!!
