Hi! That's Busay Falls in Malilipot, Albay. Gi contrata ra namo ang Van that amuang gipakyaw to pass by there, maligo mi and then head to sorsogon na. Busay Falls, towering at 800 feet, is considered one of the tallest falls in the country. It is located at about 20km north of Legazpi City, the capital of Albay.

The first of the seven falls of Busay. Entrance fee is an unbelievable P10 only. Once you paid, just walk some rocky path and 2 mins, you're in the falls already. Hike up in a very raw trail (thank God, gi preserve nila and wala gi cemento).

    Lingaw gyud kaayo!
On some parts, you only have the natural roots and protruding rocks and some tree branches to hold on to. Super scenic ang view as you go up. We only made it as high as the 3rd falls, tanan nindot!

The sight and sound of splashing and cascading water is just so serene, so relaxing. Shallow ra ang water so its the perfect swimming hole!

We arrived at Busay Falls around 1:30pm and stayed there for 3 hours. Naka abot mi sa Donsol, Sorsogon by 5pm. Perfect time ra na para ninyo makasuroy mo sa Busay Falls because the next day pa man mo mka whale shark. Make sure to start early and be at their tourist center by 6-6:30 if makaya ninyo. The earlier the better, because the whale sharks don't come out as much na kung afternoon. Kung daghan tao, the pumpboats will only go for 3 hours. Start naman gud sa season karon, plus summer pa...so there will be more people coming in.

hmmm i'm not sure how much exactly ang van because sa amuang case, nag overnight pa man mi sa Legaspi. Nakapakyaw mi ug van P2000+--- para maka tour mi the next day to all the places we want to go in legaspi, before our end destination at donsol. Ang pakyaw nga v-hire from the airport going to sorsogon is P1500 i think (i'm not so sure. He ended up paying P500 na lang cos he shared the vhire with 2 other foreigners).

Pirteng mingawa sa Donsol, so if you guys go...make sure to bring cards, gameboards, ipods/mp3 players etc. Sleepy town kaayo ni siya! Daghan man tindahan nga mapalitan ug beer.

All in all, Swimming with Sharks is an enjoyable film. The simple plot and small cast are compensated for by some fine performances; it's funny , well-acted, and definitely worth watching.

Kung more than 7 mo, mabuwag gyud sa lain nga boat ang kauban ninyo. Very strict sila nga 7 persons only per boat.

Bicol express, pinangat and other local delicacies. yum yum gyud! Everything is fairly near. Don't you worry kay naa pud internet cafe didto (wala lang aircon hehe).

Nag stay mi sa homestay ni Mama Rosa, P300 per head/per night... each succeeding night is P250. Tricycle is P15 going to the Donsol Tourism Office. Nipakyaw ra mi ug Van gikan sa Legazpi. Ang V-hire from Donsol to Legazpi is only P60 per head.
