@stevelora : Direct to the point lang bai,, ayaw lang gud sawayi ang nangutana, try on helping others, people are different..

@Ironwood : I believe the TS stated already the condition of the house as you can see on the title, my suggestion , try questioning of another available house that is unfurnish, that would be more appreciated due to its relevance..
