it actually depends on your location, for example PLDT subscribers in Guadalupe area complaining about slow connection or sudden disconnection, but PLDT subcribers from Pardo and other areas experience a very stable and fast connection. same applies to Globe Broadband.
post here your location or you can read the two threads for globe and pldt and check what areas are not good for each respective isp's.

They are both best ISP's but if your in the best location.
