dont hide your work experience jud kay makit-an ra na sa HR when they look into your BIR records. pwede materminate kay namakak naman ka. best thing to do is to tell her to go back to her previous company and ask for clearance. kung pangotan-on sya why ning AWOL sya... personal reasons lng. the only thing that can happen is la naka mabilin sa last pay tungod sa mga liabilities. if they refuse to give you clearance or COE, pwede ka mukiha. hehehhe...
i have friends who went AWOL na and applied at other centers and makapungot kay exclude nila ang previous company when it can cause them to be terminated.
kung muapply naka ug lain callcenter... you can now say that ning quit ka for whatever reasons but dont bad mouth jud sa previous company coz your interviewer can think na you'll do the same. for me, ako lng pud ni, best answer... career growth. hehehhe...

mao gyud... ok raman guro siya maka apply lain.. but dili lang gyud niya to i apil sa iyang experience ang company wherein ni awol sya... anyway most of the company karon... base naman na siya sa skills so even if gamay ra imong company background kay wala lagi to niya gi apil sa resume.. but still ang iyang skills nadala gyud niya.. so mao to iyang pinaka key sa pag apply niya...
