Yup, lots of irresponsible drivers on both 4 wheels and 2 wheels... but since mas sayun paliton ang 2 wheels so it happens nga mas daghan gyud sa 2 wheels.

I do ride both a car and a motorbike... I love driving / riding both. But sometimes (everytime) naa gyud mga badlongon ug drivers. What I do is I don't follow their example lang... just like counterflowing on the opposite lane... bahala na init or traffic di ko mu counterflow basta naay mga sakyanan nag agi sa pikas lane. And changing lanes without using signal lights (applies to both 2 wheels and 4 wheels)... kana delikado gyud na kay kapila nako hapit bangga.i anang jeep nga mu lugar lang kalit (bisag no stopping nga sign naa ra sa kilid) while nag motor ko. Not to mention mga "ipit2x" kings... mga taxi. hahay

Tip pud diay sa mga motorcycles, always follow cars on their left / middle and not on the right side kay mao nay blind spot sa mga awto. Just wanted to let everybody know lang, kay daghan kaau ko kit.an mag motor nga sa right mag sunod ug awto.

i think the posts has been misleading already from the title itself "Discrimination on Motorcycle Riders". Most of your answers were merely focusing on the personality of the driver and not on the rights of that driver whether he has been perpetually following the rules or not. It is not our job to make judgement among other drivers coz we have officers on the roads and the different government agencies that should be doing its job in the first place. Let us try to focus on the rights of the motorcycle riders which was stalled or isolated against the rights of the cage riders. An example could be the right to have fair parking spaces, polite and fair traffic apprehensions, fair LTO processings, indiscriminate checkpoints and others i havent mentioned. Most motorcycle riders i suppose experienced i mentioned above.

i agree.. btw changing lanes, do not depend solely on your signal lights you must have to know how to use your SIDEMIRRORS.

i agree again.. but cagers do see you on right side its not their blind spot for cars also have 2 sidemirrors on both sides and a rear view mirror. it just happen most taxi/PUJ drivers doesnt care if your on their side basta maka pick-up lang ug pasahiro. most important tips i guess is DEFENSIVE RIDING. always anticipate and know how cagers play on the streets..

Again, motorcycle and cages alike have the same objective which is to buy the same amount of goods. Therefore, motorcycle riders should be treated the same sa cage rider kay customer man pud na sila. Di ba? We love our motorcycles since we invest a lot in buying and beautifying them. Ang uban mahal pa gani sa cage. I appeal to all the motorcycle riders to fight our equal right!!!! Let them hear that we contribute a lot to our environment and we are socially responsible to the roads too. We should not be treated as habal2x drivers or motorcycle thieves coz we earn a very HONEST living in the society.....And we are paying a lot of taxes to the government.
