hi! just want to ask if convergys is still hiring applicants now? are there still vacant positions for chat and email support? im interested but i don't have a call center experience yet.. anyway, do you accept nursing graduates with no call center experience? i heard some companies are discriminating nursing grads in call center, hope convergys is not the same...tnx..
