Question Regarding Nero Burning

naa man siguro ni cya burn rights (for NT) kay naka-install gud siya in the first place...he / she could have a Power User permission at least...possible pud ni nga dunay conflict ang Nero 5 ug 6 (eventhough gi-uninstall na ang version 5)...duna man siguro toy "clean nero installation" nga utility sa nero nga website, i-clean usa ang previous installation sa imng previous version sa nero before ka mag-install sa new version........and...if Windows XP SP2 imng OS, naa ni siya mga incompatibility issues sa Nero 6 which can be fixed by downloading updates from the nero website..but, you need to have a licensed copy of Nero...

Unsay site nila. kanang www.nero.com? wla man clean didto. I already tried cleaning the previous version of my Nero but it did throrougly clean dli man madelete tanat so manually nko sila gipang delete, den gi install nko ang Nero 6.

after cleaning, be sure to restart first before installing the new version..

I'm using dual boot XP and windows 98. I already tried removing Nero 5 using the Add/Remove files in Control Panels then after removing the Nero 5 i install the Nero 6 and tried it, the CD did install perfectly but when i tried to use it and burn it won't burn but instead got a blank error message. So i tried to install the Nero 5 again to see if it runs, it did run but the Nero did not detect the CD instead it would burn using the .nrg files or the images files. I also tried installing both the Nero 5 and then the Nero 6 on the Windows XP but i did also got the same error message as what to the Windows 98. Anyways i'm going to try to go to their website and tried all your suggestion.

When you dual boot, it is very recommended that you do it in a separate partition. Most common problem is that Windows 98 & XP share a common program files.

I did separate Windows 98 & XP, i have two hard drive on my PC. I put Windows 98 on the master drive while XP on the slave drive to prevent conflict between the two. I think it need to be throughtly remove or clean the Nero 5 before upgraded to Nero 6?
