I have a suggestion bro...suggestion lang bro...
If you are selling a software,
try to make a simple presentation,
or a One-Look Image of your software...printed with description of the software,
what is the main purpose of it...
everything about ur fsoftware...
state some benefits of your software...
state some features...(main feature is impt)
give some sample screenshots...
At least bro...if naay mo refer, dli ma (bulb question mark) ang imong baligyaan...parehas ani..
Question?
Does ur application works only on a single workstation?
Does it work on local area network?

1. How flexible is your software when it comes to customizations, coz not all inventory system have the same requirements? (Functional side)
2. How flexible is your software when the customer requires user defined/customized reports?
3. In your 40K
3.1 What is the plaform implementation?
3.2 Hardware requirements?
3.3 Support and warranty?
3.3.1 Means of communication
3.3.2 Bug/Issue Monitong
3.3.3 Response time
3.4 Licensing?
4. It is ok to submit your client's portfolio and contact for reference and feedback.
I have other concerns, but these are my most important one, hope to get some clarification. Thank you.
