IMO although im not a resident of cebu city pero mas ganahan pa ko ni alvin garcia coz i really love his projects at those times like the colon revitalization project that includes colon not anymore passable to traffic coz he wants to make it into a park and also the planned masterpiece sa tibuok gyud downtown area! i missed those plans already and until today im still hoping it will come true. wala madayon coz obviously si tomas ang nakadaog and he has so much ego that what alvin planned before never made it real.

progress.... kung ang mapili bang-ong mayor buhaton lang niya tama pagpadagan sa ciudad ug mga sa tawo .....nga dunay transparency , accountability siya ...walang binatbat na si Tomas
