one question i raised long ago was...what if someone's loved ones or most of them are on the other side barbecued and tortured, does one still be happy in such "heaven" with such thought?

god made man. i believe that with all my heart! bsta naa lang ko experience with the Lord when i was so little to understand about religions, or cynics that wants to question God's existence, or purely conviced people that God is imaginary, or thoughts of and about God.. so on and forth. but i did experience God. it's so private to talk about but He was there for me. so i know that He exists and not because we humans made Him.

All i can say is that you've a wrong perception or understanding about GOD.
read the bible more and listen to your heart and guilt.
then what happened to you is GOD's plan, keep on searching and listening to HIM.

GOD look for people that want to listen to HIM and if you will looking for GOD also then there's no reason that you will not see each other or meet.
