    it's like here. i got my first US driver's license at age 19---had to go thru driving seminar (to get a learner's permit), study a manual like it's anatomy, take a written exam, take 2 road tests (the old guy failed me on the first take for one small mistake---failed to stop at a STOP SIGN). what a hassle.

    why are women allowed to drive anyways? they should all be banned from driving.
    coz they can drive.. ako wife ako tudloan, dali raman sya kat-on mga 2 weeks ramn nya karon mura ramn ako mag drive. if kapoyan ko sya puli and depend na sa girl if eager ba jud sya makat-on and learn defensive driving.

    pero choi kaau to usa ka jeepney driver nga girl 62C iya gidrivan... di lng tingali nato e generalize nga tanan gyd... there are some nga over defensive driver and there are also women that are so reckless and easily get rattled...
