Every time I read, I reflect and I smiled and then I LAUGHED like a FOOL.

I sometimes wonder why I smiled and LAUGHED. I'm not even watching Jim Carrey's movies. I think these stuff are for people who are psychotic too!

Self-knowledge is attained through meditation. Raja Yoga is one of the best paths there is.

It is just like this. When you read and meditate The Yoga Sutras by heart, you enter into another dimension and for all you know you are hallucinating with all those weird voices and strange visions but the good thing is that nothing has been altered through taking drugs. Psychiatrists would then label you as Psychotic if you relate what happened during your experience.

BINGO....JOYGASM has been attained!

BTW, PROZAC is no better than meditation.
