my brother works there. okay man sab. I am not so sure about the compensation ha, but aside from the basic pay, they have man transpo allowance (100 per day if am not mistaken) and other monthly freebies. Basta around 10K all in all gross pay plus free 1 meal. Maybe, not that high paying as other BPO (call centers, non voice offer relatively lower compensation package than voice) but hey, if you are a fresh grad, or unemployed, considering that looking for a job now is not easy, it sure is way better than sitting around.

The training is for 15 days without pay, with bonuses on certain conditions. My bro got 4T, i suppose or 5T, not so sure about it but just between the two amounts. It is not ilad man because you are to sign man a training contract. Meaning to say, you are well informed about the conditions of the training. You can very well refuse if you dont want the terms and conditions though, it is not like them forcing you to do the training.

Bitaw, try lang gud mo ug apply to various company. Total, when they will consider you for the job, there will be job offer man, sometimes open to negotiations. If you are not amicable to their offer, you can refuse.

a contract is only a contract if it is mutually agreed. meaning to say, if the conforme himself thought that something is wrong with the contract, then he or she do not have to sign it. Because if you do, it is like saying that you agreed to it. kung unsaman kasayop, you agreed.

the bottomline lang is, everyone has a choice. to reject or accept the contract. if you decide to accept and then cry foul after for the same reason that you in the first place agreed about, then that could be classified as sour graping already.

i wasn't able to read the contract myself ha, but the way that my brother explained it to me, I do not see something wrong about it. It was my brothers decision to take that risk of not receiving anything at all should he failed the training. Luckily, he did reached the grade requirement. So if someone can do it, then clearly, it is attainable. Maybe that job is not just fitted for others. We have our own forte. If you fail in something, it doesnt mean you are already a failure, but maybe it is not just your cup of tea. Same goes to the company, if you are not in line with their standard, value and work perse, it does not make them a bad company. Di lang siguro sila match.

hala ate. salamt au sa inspiring words of wisdom. na enlightened gyd ko. mura gyd d i ug sour graping? aw sa bagay sd. bt kebssss. ang ako lang ani bahaaah, ni share lng ko na possible d i na mu work ka for 15 days without pay ani na company..maluoy lng ko sa mga past ug future na mga biktima ani na modus operandi...

lagi lagi ok lagiiii ate. nag tanga2 nko ug wa nku basaha ug tarung ilang deceiving au na contract. sign lang gyd ko derech, thinking na dili guro ko binuangan ani na company uy kay ni salig lagi knuhai koooooo. ug hastang pagkasayupa d i sa akong gi buhat.. i know i should have read the contract igka 1 million times kay sa panahon natin ngayon, daghn na au mga tao na mu take advantage. ambt nlng gyd ug kaila pa ba na sila ug ginoo. tabang lord.. .

again, i just want to point out na what the company is doing, making their trainees work for 15 days and not giving any salary after just because wa sila ka abt sa grade is wrong gyd .ni trbho gd ka so naa gyd ka sweldo. unless kng ni absent ka, tarung ra sd guro na d ka sweldohan... i tried pointing this out to their hr already and she said she would tell the one who made the contract. now i don't know kng na change na ba ni or nsa bah bsta mau na aku ni gi share dnhi para mkbw sad na uban tao esp. kadto naa plano mu work ddto so they'd know what to expect. kay ma shock sd nya sila ba in the end kng ma thank you very much ra ila mga kahago after sa training...

if you really felt that this infact is a modus operandi, i suggest you go to NLRC. there, you can get what is due you.
