problem solved... ok na tanan... i used the laptop and tried to open a movie from pc1... and it worked fine... nya mao to ako nabantayan i lowered the qos for the port of pc2.. mao diay tong hinay... karon ako nalang gi full tanan..

ako unta ganahan kung mo open/copy ko ug file from PC2 to PC1, d cya mag agi sa among internet. for example...

im from PC1, nahan ko mo tanaw ug movie nga naa naka save sa PC2. pero inig open nako sa movie mo stream man nuon using the internet... i already tried nasad \\ip.ip.ip.ip\folder mao raman gihapon ang resulta.. hinay mo copy.

If the traceroute doesn't go through the internet, then none of the connections do so by default. You have a software misconfiguration.
