i think kuwang rakayo ang nutrients nga makuha nato sa banana so for me this diet is a no no

i tried this...ok ra xa for the first 3 days...pero after kay magcge na kutoy ako tyan...daghan bya ta makuha sa banana dba..mura required rman ani is Breakfast...then the rest sa meal..bisan unsa nlng imo kan-on...ghunong ni nku kay mka kutoy og tyan...pero tungod pud sa ako work sked..eat ko banana sa morning..7am to be specific...mata kog 3-4pm..mao sad cguro magkutoy ako tyan.hehe!!pero try lang ninyo og observe..depende man gud unsa effect sa tawo..if mka uyon xa or dili..naa man sad uban mka uyon...
dle ni mada ang banana ra eg breakfast oi.. grabe pud kung ga trabaho ka nya imong ge kaon pag breakfast kay banana.. hastang gutoma kaha ani noh dle gyud ka mahimutang...
OT: my brother used to have an "apple" diet.. he would not eat breakfast.. have apple for lunch then normal diet for dinner.. he lost a few pounds.. very effective if i may say so..
i want to try this! i dont think this would be hard for me and really be a diet because i dnt have the appetite in the morning and i love bananas. ayaw lng ang tundan. hehehe
