It can survive 24/7 @ 85c on its entire rated lifespan, and probably 1-2yrs less at 95c 24/7.

Ok ra kaayo na, high end cards are suppose to run that hot, if it goes over 90C even thats a problem with your cooling, honestly keeping your card cooler will make it last longer and work better.

green power = lower clocks = lower power usage = lower graphics capabilities, just because its green doesnt mean it can give better performance. dont fall for marketing of nvidia, xD

that is a good idea, im sure its something to do with driver corruption or something,

if not how about checking the physical connection of the Card to the motherboard. make sure its nice and tight, and screwed in also

Code named GeForce 9600 GT Green Edition, it will be based on the new 55nm G94-350-B1 core and work with core voltage that is 0.1V lower than the current 55nm G94 cores. This suggests reduced power consumption, and from there the name - Green Edition. Other specs of this new card remain the same as on current 9600 GTs with 650MHz core speed and 900MHz memory clock.
But yes there will be a lower clocked 9600GT (green) at 600/1500/900 as supposed to the reference 650/1625/900, still you have a choice of getting w/c one.

There are many reviews out there, for one bago ra gyud ko ni tanaw. you can use the regular 9600GT for a performance reference, ilang performance ani is 1:1 provided its the same clockspeed.

so it just loses .1V of power? lol thats power saving for you xD

check this website out to compare both cards

    Video Card Comparison - GPUReview.com

notice theres a really big gap when it comes to power requirements

4670 60W max and 95W for the 9600gt, how much of a difference is .1V?
