4 me.... its ok... if it would stand in SRP, but since its supposed to be a business area, then better place it in Mandaue to coincide with the Cebu boardwalk porject.... i mean the boardwalk together with the megadome (CIVC) + the CITEC....... would really compliment each other... and its about time that the North Reclamation Area starts to have some decent establishments for a change.... tagal na neto... but look at its pathetic surroundings..... (yeah.... no puns included...)

mga bro either mandaue or cebu, basta ang importante ana mahuman na ang first priority in making a project such as that, w/c is the COMPLETE BUILDING PLANS. as u all know naay rumors nga e redesign ang megadome. so meaning mag usab nasad back to square 1. koz i heard agian nga wala pa daw bayari ang winning architect anang megadome, wel thats what i heard lang, i'm not sure bout it, mao cguro e redesign dapud na. and it takes time to redesign a project like dat.
