- Working US business hours required

- Willing and able to travel to corporate headquarters in the US for training, if needed Qualification:

Exciting opportunity to work in a brand new Call center environment with a Fortune 500 company. These positions are responsible for the managing Service Activities for customers in the US. This includes identification of issues with Service Activities through monitoring of call queue’s, understanding the driver of the issue and then resolving the issues either through the system or in working with the customer. This team will also answer customer questions on issues with Service Activities via the phone. Attention to detail and commitment to customer service are critical.
