@virus_joe: it depends on your performance...if you are flexible and knowledgeable enough to be transferred to a new program, then you will be transferred. I guess it holds true for other call centers as well. Just think asa man nila ibutang tanan taw if 1 program closes with 500 seats....as for me, i've been working here for 1 year plus na and I've never been forced to leave. Just make sure that your performance is commendable pud. karon kay daghan na jud kaayo ug new programs so dile na jud ka maguol.
@prozac: could be morning, afternoon, night, dawn...it all depends on the plotting of the schedule
@LORD_V4MPIRE: same...but most of the new programs are in cebu. mas ganahan ang mga clients dire sa cebu kay bago ang facilities.
