Salitan is the best way to level up. It uses PVP matches to gain EXP. In a one-on-one PVP game, you will let one person win and in the next game he/she will let you win. This method will only take a minute or two so in 4 minutes (2 PVP games, 1 win - 1 lose) you will gain more experience than doing two eight-minute dungeon runs. The experience you gain can also double if you and/or your opponent have a "Queen's Jewel" equipped.
