Have you ever been to these countries? Or better still have you ever experienced working with the peoples of the countries you so proudly mentioned?

If not, do some research but here's a starter for you. India has only 62% litteracy of its entire population while China with all its money is around 90%. The Philippines? We're hovering around 92%: male and female (source: CIA Factbook)

These countries have in common: the politicians are all corrupt but at least in the Philippines we don't spend our money building nukes.
