update on my new year's project:

nakabayad na tawn ko sa 1st month sa down payment sa H & L... hopefully makalahutay me.... Whew! fingers crossed...

1.) mas modaghan ako client sa ako business not only from the people in the philippines but also here in US or other countries
2.) matagaan nako ug business ang ako Papa diha sa pinas nga kabalo ko nga nahan cya ana nga type sa business ug patok pod
3.) makapalit ug balay ngari sa US bsan mortgage lang sa...

ako buy cguro ug:

1. lot, then
2. build ug house na ako mag design, actually dili jud ako pero ako ang mohatag ug idea sa architect unsa na style sa house.
3. buy car maskin second hand lang.
4. invest ug business pero more careful this time.

how can i achieve this?

1. use my saving to buy the lot.
2. magloan sa bank para e finance sa house.
3. kung naay subra i buy ug car.
4. sa business mag save pa...

how to save?

1. like you... e cut off na ang kaon sa gawas.
2. dili usa cge travel.
3. ilisan baratohon ang milk sa baby ky dako naman sad hehehe
4. cut off sad cge carne
5. eat vegies ky barato.
6. cut off sad ang call sa cellfone, more on text nalang all text or unli pa jud kung pwede para mas save!
7. kung manggrocery ako na e lista then sakto ra jud kung pila ang estimate sa palitonon na money ang dalhon para dili matintal pamalit sa uban na dili need.
8. ngita ko work like yours sad kana homebased. nakaregister naman ko ani mga 4 months ago na pero na discourage lang ko ky wala man proj mo abot oy... dili sad ko sa writer ky wrong grammar man ko sometimes hehehe. graphic design ra ako linya. saon man na maka gets ta ug clients jean?

As to you question, you need to be patient lang jud and sell your skills at a cheaper price if you want clients to come... mao ra ne ako formula.
