hehehehe! so far nga naa ko karon with the company ok raman, no problem with my job. depende ra gyud na. you must learn how to love your work, kay daghan ko ma dunggan nga bati ila company. kasagaran ga reklamo katong mga walay klaro mo work. ug katong mga ni work lang aron maka kwarta.

i definitely would agree to this... you have to be very careful as to who you are listening to when it comes to these kinds of talk...

I think it is impossible that you will not be shown your contract-mao gani naay job offer diba kay pakit on ka sa imo contract to help you decide if you will take the job. Usa pa, if wala ka kasign, nganong tagaan man kag sweldo?

As for the 200++ difference, you will be deducted after you are late 15 minutes-normal SOP for HR's in any company.

kay ngano? naa na kuno kay contract? as in imo gigunitan? i dont think so. ang ila style dha kay inig 1st day sa training naa tga payroll and muanha, magdala ug contract den pa signo ra, pabasahon mo ug kad**** sa mga nkasuwat den after ila colecktahon ug balik. den if mangayo ka ug copy, daghan pa cla ug rason na dpat mag email ka anang stella ouano, den if mag email ka daghan pa jud kau ug questions y mag ask ka sa copy sa contract!

I heard Xlibris are sending good People in the US.. dont know how true is this but given that information, that alone is good thing to explore. If you are in the age of 20+ to 30+ determined to succeed then dont hold yourself and explore. We are Filipinos and we are better than those Caucasians out there who run these companies.
