Ok ra man unta bisan walay night vision ilang cam as long as half sa lighting sa store naka on, naa man sad disadvantage ang nightvision sec. cam. green iyang output image na mogawas sa cctv, lisod gihapon e determine ang suspects if ever. Best examples kanang mga establishments sa laing nasod, bisan closed na sila ilang mga lights sa sulod on lang gihapon, required jud na didto for every establishments. Hope ma apply na diri sa ato-a.....(^_^)

I think one of best solution ani..

Statement of the guards said they told the robbers that there's only one vault in the establishments which located at the second level. They did not tell that the main vault that holds the large amount of cash was located in the third level of the said establishment. Pero wala gihapoy kawala ang mga security guard kay they are subjected to undergo polygraph test (Lie Detector). The worst thing here is they if they are proven that they are fake guards, they may be also charge to a criminal case.

Fooda guard fails in lie detector test | Sun.Star Network Online
ONE of the three security guards of Fooda Saver’s Mart on Gen. Maxilom Ave. Ave., Cebu City branch failed in the polygraph test.
“This means, someone is telling a lie,” said Chief Insp. George Ylanan, chief of the Investigation Detective Management Branch (IDMB) of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO).
Ylanan, however, said he still has to receive the official copy of the test result as he was just initially told about it verbally.

He said he cannot disclose who among security guards Geoffrey Luna, Jesse Rey Bahinting and Niel Zoren Boquecosa of GDS Security Agency failed the test.
Police asked the guards to undergo the polygraph test as part of the “elimination process” in the investigation related to the heist last Monday at Fooda.
The establishment lost some P100,000 in loose change to eight heavily armed robbers, who posed as a team of police operatives responding to an indiscriminate firing alarm, but ended up staging the robbery.
The CCPO had alerted the banks, gasoline stations and malls to watch out for people bringing large amounts of coins for conversion into bills as they might be the ones who victimized the supermarket.
While the polygraph result cannot not be used in court, Ylanan said, it gave him and the rest of the team of investigators from the IDMB and the Theft and Robbery Section “the lead” to further investigate one of the guards.
The two other guards will be eliminated from the scrutiny but will still be asked to issue affidavits as witnesses, Ylanan said.
CCPO Director Patrocinio Comendador, who was interviewed earlier yesterday, said they have found “significant information” that may help them identify the group behind the heist.
He said he cannot discuss the information further as it is still subject to verification.

Dili man tanang night vision cam green and fuzzy ang image, that's usually common on hand-held cams and gadgets such as binoculars. Surveillance cameras with night vision modes/capabilities are designed to produce the best image possible in dim lighting or total darkness. Here's an example: YouTube - EZDOME-PRO-VP Night vision sample

Dili ra man pud ang face ang tan-awon but the total characteristic of culprits (e.g. clothes they were wearing, distinct physical feature, tattoos, things they were carrying, etc etc.).

I agree that they should have kept the place well-lit, that alone could make a thief think twice. Salamat nalang jud nga walay nakalas nga kinabuhi. They were armed so it only means that they would kill if they have to.

Fooda heist suspects named; police intensify hunt | Sun.Star Network Online
LOCAL police named some of those who participated in the Fooda Saver’s Mart heist last Monday.
Cebu City Police Office Director Patrocinio Comendador said a complaint of robbery can immediately be filed against the suspects, but the city police force would like to exhaust all efforts first to arrest the suspects until the period of hot pursuit operation expires.
Comendador said the team he tasked to run after the robbers will have until March 19 or exactly 15 days after the incident.
By that time, Comendador said, the CCPO will file the charges should the manhunt failed to yield any result.
    Local contact
The investigation showed that the group of eight heavily armed men who pulled off the heist at Fooda at 12:20 a.m., Monday, was not based in Cebu, but has a local contact.
Comendador said the local contact may be the one that provided the robbers with the vehicle and the M16 Armalite rifles and short firearms.
    Pretended
He said the team of operatives tasked in the investigation led by Chief Insp. George Ylanan is also working on identifying the local contact.
The group of robbers, who pretended to be police operatives, ran away with some P100,000 in loose change from the establishment.
Comendador reiterated his appeal to the banks, malls, gasoline stations and other establishment to be wary of people bringing a large amount of coins for conversion into bills as there is a great chance they were the ones that staged the robbery.
Meanwhile, Chief Insp. Ylanan and Supt. Rex Derilo of the Regional Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Unit 7 attended the monthly meeting of the Cebu Bankers’ Club yesterday morning.
The need for the security guards to be trained was among the things discussed in the meeting.
Ylanan said the issue on the security guards was raised after he briefed the club about the police investigation on the Fooda robbery.
kinsa kaha ang contact ani ai.
    basin politiko napud ni.
