the scene in the trailer was probably re-shot.... because there's a similar sequence when Anne screams from seeing one of her colleagues drilled by a spear and King Kong's response to that...... and as Kong howls, I think the same shot you see in the trailer of the camera soaring backwards into a super-long shot of the island still remains.

If it wasn't re-shot then maybe it was a completely different sequence altogether that ended up in the cutting room floor made to think it was one and the same in the trailer through the use of editing...

You're the first one to bring that up, though I'm sure I did and others did notice it missing from the film...

Yeah I remember that scene from the movie trailer.

I never knew I'd see Kyle Chandler (the guy from Early Edition?) in a movie of this sort.. hehehe. He has this acting style that IMO is just so unique.. murag naay pagka patulon..

Hambugero-on kaayo si Bruce Baxter, nindot kaayo sukmagon... but that's why he is cast Kyle Chandler well... much like we wanna blow Ray Liotta's head off if he's an antagonistic character.

yeah, that was where i saw him, in that movie, or series, i was wondering where i saw him first kay he looked familiar man... i remember being cooped up at home during the holy week and watching marathons of dawson's creek and early edition on studio 23..yeah, that's it...
