in our country it's not difficult to set-up policemen and judges, we all know that.Â* as for the supreme court, they just merely reviewed the case basing on what the lower court submitted and did not actually TRIED the case.Â* So their decision will be based on their correction of the discrepancies but did not ACTUALLY examine the case plus on the basis of previously decided cases.
i admit it is difficult to set-up a lot of witnesses though at different places and different times with different personal profiles and corroborating their stories.Â* however the court TOTALLY DISMISSED the testimony of the 15 or so more CREDIBLE witnesses (not because they are rich) that were with Paco that night.Â* If you remembered how the case ran, the Judge almost NEVER listened to the accusseds' side.
