FYI, the Filipino who claims he had invented a water powered car is named Daniel Dingel. He was hired by Formosa Plastics Group to develop his technology ... but later sued for fraud. He DID NOT and DOES NOT have any patents in any country. Others however do. However, patents don't mean a scientifically sound technology or a marketable one.

this is a brilliant invention. we wouldn't have to be under the control of the oil cartels in the middle east. but this could be dangerous too. kita mo movie "chain reaction"? actor is keannu reeves then he discovered how to separate the hydrogen molecule from water and so he can make fuel out of water or an explosive like a bomb.
