If used by the right person/persons on the right time at the right place, i dont think this thing wont be an issue. Immoral or unethical comes in when these materials become abused.

Consider this two scenarios:

A man was prescribed by the family doctor to watch a *** video for 15 minutes before going to bed with his wife. The reason for this is that the husband is having hardtime reaching climax during love making thus leading to difficulty of having a baby.

A man watches a *** video for 15 minutes before starting his daily responsiblities in the office just to fantasize that he himself and the boss's beautiful wife are doing the same act as he sees in that pornographic material.

yes it is unethical..it maybe common to all but there are still alot of people out there who believes
