Eraserheads Reunion Part Two..

here are some pics. its an amateur shots with a mid end digicam

my experience
- mc donalds are all over the concert grounds
- started 8:10 till 11:30pm with a 30min break (sulit na sulit)
- marcus sang
- i saw ann curtis and jericho rosales
- i was infront at first but decided to move back just infront of the projection tv
-the concert started with some fireworks and ends with more fireworks.
-some songs from the 1st reunion concert are played again like toyang, alapaap, etc.
-kaleidoscope world was played as a tribute to francis m. ely shouting "mabuhay si francis" over and over
-i failed to watch the last 3 songs because i thought the concert is done after the "huling el bimbo" song and fireworks started to fly and the band already left the stage and ely started burning the sticker happy piano. i hurried out the exit because i have to go to another party. but after a few meters from the concert grounds i heard them palying again. darn it!
-i felt sad when they burned the piano in the sticker happy album a very good bands last hurrah.
-i love the band since their UP days where the you can see that a good band doesnt need a good vocalist, nor good instruments, and they dont even need to play good music (really) to be a good band. its just pure craftsmanship and their love for music
-i only included the pics that doesnt include myself just wanted to share the experience

medu nagu.ol ug na shock pd ko pag sunog ni ely sa piano..and i also asked myself "why d heck they need to do that?" ...but anyways, its their choice...they're still gona be eraserheads, before ... now .... and ... forever! long live their legacy!! \m/

yep. on the 2nd floor. you'll never miss it. the store logo is an image of rizal wearing an aviator's sunglasses.

nice. naa mi duol between sa big projector at the center and the big white dome.

want to share my experience too (and my feeling at that moment):
- i don't have any camera during the concert. my s3 was not allowed ky "professional" kuno. (dang!)
- planned to get in around 6pm but have to get back to the hotel to return my camera. we got in around 7pm (wishing i could just teleport to cebu to get a different camera)
- lot of people are wearing eheads related shirts. (dang again. asa sila nipalit?)
- before the concert starts, a bunch of vj's get on the stages and starts yapping. (what??)
- ann curtis mistakenly blurted 'nene' rather than 'nena' in 'tindahan ni aling nene' (nidugo ako dunggan when i heard it)
- the vj's continues yapping as the people booed them and started chanting 'eheads' (i pity them cause they are just doing their jobs)
- every time somebody get on the stage people starts cheering assuming it's the band (me too. can you blame me?)
- before the start of the concert, a video was played on the projector chronicling the band's history (nothing about the breakup?)
- then the eheads took the stages (goosebumps!)
- fireworks (morag nba)
- most of the songs that they played are from electro, circus and cutterpillow (my faves!)
- i saw a guy with an s3 firing away close to us (grrr. . . )
- i noticed raimund was wearing an eheads tshirt (where could i get one?)
- i think ely is wearing an eyeliner (so g)
- love the tribute to francis (wondering what if he's still alive)
- at the end of the 1st set and the concert, people shouted group hug (haha. i don't think so)
- raimund sang alkohol and insomya (alright!)
- marcus sang 'huwag mo nag itanong' with a reggae twist (alright!)
- buddy sang . . . sort of - 'pasensiya na. . .' (haha)
- ely lit something on the stage - the stickerhappy piano (what if he get caught by the fire?)
- confetti (got to get some for souvenir. hehe)
- the break between sets put people in some sort of suspended animation (they could have played more eheads clips on the projector)
- the 2nd encore caught everyone surprised. (this is too much of a good thing!)
- i know the crowd will be huge but never felt it until the concert is really over and people starting to leave the ground (i need h2o!)
- left the concert more than satisfied and with feet aching (it's worth it)
