it makes me mad that the person with a cellphone chose to take a picture of the event rather than help the dog himself.. -__-

if ako dili sad ko mag pataka ug tabang sa dog specially on that situation.
we cant really measure whats running on the dog's head during that time; mo aksyon nya ko tabang kalit nya ug paak. samot na in grief raba siya with the accident to his mate.
