Yes I believe that scenario also, we don't really know if the anti-virus support companies are really made their products to defend virus cases. But somehow since Ive been working as a comrade of I.T. Dept., I just hear some issue that well known corporates who support anti-virus technology where truly certified, and who really built programmings to counter against hackers and intruders who usually call "cyber criminals". And also ive been heard long time ago, there's this young man who works in a big-time I.T companies in Europe and one of the worlds top 8 programmer who capable in different programming languages and has the certified of developing in-depth applications and robotics machines. But in the mid of his career he was suddenly terminated and accuse for pirating a certain canned software. And he was no idea why was that happen and accusing him a crime for not committed. Then the following months when he already lost his job, he never give up the fight instead of focusing himself to make a thoroughly trace by his own way. And when the time he knew already that he was on frame-up by his fellow member programmer, in order to lost his position as an Senior Lead Specialist and also being a recognize as a top programmer holder. From then he was vanished almost a year and never been heard of where he is. Then after 5 years the news explode that a virus software came out on the net, where rapidly infected across the globe and most worst cases mainly destabilize leading companies especially in I.T. Support businesses. And one of the most affected company who experience great losses and damages, was the former company of the young guy. After another year pass, an special team NBI who conducts the investigations, were found out that a nickname use to recognize the developer of the virus was identified. And also that nick was also identify to a former team mates of the young guy and also one of the closes friend...

But still under observation gihapon, hopefully microsoft would learn from this and deploy patches before the virus creators could see vulnerabilities on their Operating Systems.

just a thought, updated ba ang windows patches ninyo? for a corporate environment, much better man gud nga updated ang servers sa mga critical patches then ang mga workstation sad.
how about ang network structure? 1 whole network ni sya wlay mga sub-net or firewalls in between?

I believe this is the result of disgruntled employees who turn become cybercriminals or individuals who wants BIG BIG money and do business in relation to global recession. Even security professionals and firms predict that online threats and cybercrimes will greatly increase. With this, we should be vigilant and careful.

hmm.. i think they're minds are just persuaded by too much cyber-crime movies they have seen.. why would they want to do that? if they are smart enough,, they know they can't work forever, it will be better if they retire from a company and receive compensation, its always a better option than going cyber criminal guy...

and i dont believe there is a man smart enough to know all the corners of the internet.
im still not relieved of my somewhat crazy idea, that the antivirus company themselves are the ones making and updating this viruses and worms..
