I would apply in a call center, if that's what I want. I guess it really doesn't matter what kind of job you have so long as it's decent and honest. if you do your work with integrity, it's a good job.

Why diss people who work in the night shift? People do that ALL the time, way before the BPO industry became very popular. Don't doctors and nurses and security guards and paramedics and store keepers work at night?

Moreover, people in the call center are intelligent and they know how to make a good living. Whatever made them decide to work in that industry is their choice. No one should question that.

And also, I think people should be more grateful for the call center industry. It's because of call centers that we have coffee shops and businesses and restos and bars mushrooming all over the metropolis. People are earning fairly well because of this industry and therefore, they're being consumers when they spend. Because a lot of people have jobs in the call center, they have money to spend and thus, are helping the economy.

well sa ako opinion mas ma stagnant mn ang utok if wala jud work at all... no matter what job you have basta naa ka job --- that logically means that you have BRAINS and that the BRAINS are functioning well, right? And come to think of it call center reps are paid better and not much paperworks to bring at home or none at all jud.

About being in the night shift, I understand nga duka gyud ky our biological clock tells us that sleeping time is on the night tiime. It really depends on how to condition and discipline yourself.
I'm glad I'm working in a callcenter ky even wala ko ka graduate sa ako course, I am called engineer here, bwahahaha, I am proud to be a technical support engineer, some ppl I know graduated from college only paid half of my salary.
To those ppl who bad mouthed callcenter agent and who had bad impression on us, are those people wanted to work in a callcenter but are not accepted or previously worked in a callcenter but were terminated and until now wala na gyud nadawat bisan sigi pangapply. (sour grippers)
I'm not really a good english speaker and grammar is not excellent, (you can notice), but I'm paid 14k a month, free food, transpo, and best part is i get a health insurance (can you dig it!). Tamang diskarte lang yan and paying attention during trainings.
