maybe some of you are familiar with Tom Araya.. vocalist sa Slayer.. he is also a Catholic.. a practicing Catholic..

Is the band still around? If so, how can Tom Araya reconcile his faith with the band's songs?

It is regretable that many Catholics have been told that the Christian Church started with the Roman Catholic Church.

naa gihapon ang Slayer karon bai.. and still rocking hard.. siya ra ang makatubag ana.

spiritual kaayo na siya pagkatao, practicing Catholic na siya. ang tig write pud sa songs sa Slayer si Kerry King, then kung mo write og song si Tom Araya kay dili man anti Christian but mostly about serial killers..

sa ako lang pud bai, I listen to lots of stuff, including atheist songs, anti christian songs, but that doesnt really affect my faith... same ra pud ni cguro kang Tom Araya.

its just a song.. naa ra pud na nato kung ato gyud isolod sa ato huna huna....

For me, it's hard lang to reconcile Slayer with faith in God hehehe... Siguro misconception lang nako with the band or with other metal bands. But I can remember one song that was explicitly anti-religion, though I can't remember the title of the song.

they need to open their eyes, their heart, their soul.

daghan pud ko gisuwayan, niagi ko anti Christian, Atheistism you name it.. but in the end, sa Roman Catholic ko malipayon.

kita man cguro tanan tao , nangita gyud og kalinaw.. so sa kadugay na panahon karon pako ka feel og kalinao..

some people sige lang basa bibliya then usahay masayop og sabot, ang bibliya daghan nag meaning.. mao pud ni nakadaot sa uban.. mao mag sige og lalis sa religion..

mag away tungod sa religion, which is wrong.

kung happy ka portestant.. then so be it
kung happy ka muslim then so be it
kung happy ka athest then so be it


wala ko nangagni ha nga mag katoliko mo...kung mo anhi lang mo dinhi para i prove ang inyo religion na sakto..
