For what I know, dili siya hoax. Tinuod gyud daw ni. And as of 2002? Not so sure with the date, European car makers are trying to persuade the inventor to buy its patent. If I'm not mistaken, similar technology is being tested in Japan in which the idea came from the Filipino inventor.
