Take note Hatton is a natural welterweight. And he hasnt lost in that division. Whereas Pacquiao will be climbing up to welterweight. So 50-50. Besides we know that Roach wont make this fight happen if he thinks Pacquiao cant beat Hatton like the way he move backward when Margarito challenged him.
