yup available pa bro, pero i dont think it will be available for long ang room na with toilet and bath because daghan naman gud nitan-aw and ganahan sa room, pero naa pa available na regular rooms, katong common ang toilet & bath. nindot pud to. limpyo and dako pud.

ok raman when it comes to browsing even though daghan ang nka-connect and its not all the time na mgdungan ug connect tanan. i checked with other isp and wala pa jud available na higher speed diri like 1mbps pero as soon as naa na upgrade jud dayon ko. unavailable na ang room na with toilet and bath. naa na muari karon hapon para mghatag sa 1 month advance, pero there are still other rooms pero common nalang ang toilet and bath.

update lng mga bro & sis.. fully occupied na ang mga rooms namo na with own toilet & bath. we still have 2 regular rooms available na semi furnished pud. here are the details and pics just in case anyone needs to know more about it.

-semi furnished (bed w/foam & cabinet)
-common dirty kitchen
-P2,500 if ikaw lng mgstay. (this room is good for 3)

sir, ang available rooms naa sa ground floor or second floor? pila ka rooms ni nga hauz and pila ka tawo mag share sa common cr? thanks

hello. ang available na rooms are all located on the 2nd floor. in this building there are 22 rooms (there are 2 that has its own toilet & bath but already occupied). each floor has 4 common toilet & bath. its not that many ang ngshare sa common cr because most of the rooms only have 1 occupant.
