find someone to process all the documents and it cost around 15-20k, i recommend a CPA but it not necessary

correct! you can even do it on your own. words on the articles of incorporation are pre-formatted. ilisan lang nimo uban depende sa nature sa imo business and other circumstances. Dayon panotaryohan.

Anyway corporation is 5 or more persons. Mas maau manawag ka diretso sa SEC. Naa ra na sila lawyer didto motubag imo mga questions and they have forms too.
