Sales:

Meet Renewal & New Sales Objectives/Targets as assigned
Build relationships with Lexmark Industry Service Managers, Business Development Managers and Account Managers/Account Executives to help close Renewal Opportunities and increase Extended Warranty Sales
Sales Operations:
Quote and contract preparation for Extended Warranty Renewals and New Sales as required
Maintain & Own Services Sales Tracking/Activity Database- monthly reporting – update quotes, etc
Checking Entitlements as required
Administration & Reporting:
Administer Extended Warranty Renewal Direct Mail Program
Data Collection (Report Program Success Promo Results) – to make decisions & measure promo success
Create and Update prices lists for web (End User Site & Partner Source)
Update & maintain EW Program Information Partner Source Site and Lexmark.ca site (notices, end of service life, pricing, corrections, etc)
Cross Border Registrations & Entitlement: Coordinate the manual registration of printer warranties & extended warranties. (Contracts teams mostly)
Work with Worldwide contacts to ensure warranty entitlement in International Databases; send monthly/quarterly reports tow service Delivery (Example: DFAIT)
Ensure all assigned ISO procedures and work instructions are updated and maintained
Prepare NMSO/QSO reports to Lexmark International on a monthly basis to ensure proper transfer of funds to CDA
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years administrative and customer service experience required
We are looking for mature individuals with a professional approach who are energetic and hard-working coupled with strong problem-resolution and decision-making skills
Successful candidates will have a strong track record of being punctual and organized
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (French bilingualism is an asset)
Previous customer service experience is essential with an ability to go above and beyond
Commitment to customer service, having a positive attitude, and being a team player are key
Must have excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and resolve administrative issues
Strong PC proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience working with Siebel an asset
