i do clean the house but it gets tiring and boring. i'm not really fond of dancing but maybe i'll try.
i downloaded taebo videos, they really helped me sweat a lot. but sometimes i find myself not enjoying it being repetitive and is slowly becoming a chore.
i don't have workout gears.
i'll try jumping rope and hola hoop. any more advices?![]()

i would suggest.. play dance revo... as n super maka singot jud to the highest level...
decline push-ups, chins/pull-up, jump squat, walking lunges, jump ropes, sit-ups, crunches, etc... use your imagination.

what i can say is dapat u have the most impt factor.. DISCIPLINE.. ako, i have lots of cds for yoga, taebo, belly dancing, aerobics, even pilates.. i bought yoga mat and an ab exerciser.. d lage magamit.. im trying out work out sa gym.. dunno if nag.effect na.. heheh
