eto poh yung paraan to tweak your canopy antena...60% acurate, kasi...hindi din talaga gagana..ito kung sobrang baba yung bigay ng BTS (base transmitive station) eto yung tinatawag natin na tower..kung saan nakatutok ang smart antena na tinatawag na (CANOPY), ang BTS ay may 6 na canopy na tinatawag na AP (access point), ang AP na ito ang nagbibigay ng connection sa bawat subscriber, meron silang kanya kanyang "color code" kaya kapag ang antena ay napihit sa ibang direction at hindi na nakuha ng antena yung dating color code..ito yung sinasabi na ng "reredirect" sa portal kaya kailangan tumawag sa costumer hotline para iacess uli..eto yung tinatawag na ROAMING..paglipat ng BTS sa ibang BTS..ang kailangan lang gumawa nito ay official lang ng SMART gaya ng mga installers..

eto poh yung procedure...ingat lang poh sa pagconfigure ng antena, wag poh galawin ang ibang configuration..dahil baka madisconect kayo or hindi nyo na maacess ang antena...cause of improper configuring the antena

for windows XP users only lang ieexplain ko..

1. for firefox & internet explorer users..type 169.254.1.1 and press enter, yan ang default IP address ng antena
note: kung d nabuksan yung antena go to step number 2.

2.go to control panel--network and internet connections--network connections--right click--properties--in GENERAL TAB double click the internet protocol (TCP/IP)

3.click the "use the following IP address" then type 169.254.1.2, then press tab para lumabas yung value sa "subnet mask" na 255.255.0.0.then click ok

4.hintayin na magconnected yung lancard sa IP na nilagay

5. then sundin yung procedure sa step number 1

6.pag nasa page na ng canopy.go to CONFIGURATION

7.lagyan lahat ng chesk yund dun sa LINK SPEED, yung web page auto update dapat ang value ay "5" and press "save changes" tab note: for mean time don't ever click the "reboot" tab

siya nga pala nakalimutan ko lagyan..yung sa high priority channel "enable" nyo then lalabas yung "high priority uplink CIR" at yung "high priority downlink CIR"..tapos sundan nyo na lang kung ano nakalagay na value dyan sa pic

10.then click "saved changes" then you can click now the REBOOT..hintayin mag connected..note: 2 beses ang lancard na maguunplug..ex: unplug & connect...unplug & connect...tapos iclick yung "here"..pag na click na yung "here", then may mababasa kayo na REGISTERED..dapat "registered", kasi kung REGISTERING,,SCANING or SYNCING,, hindi pa kayo magkakaroon ng connection..
note: kung ayaw pa din magregistered..just press "F5" or disable your lancard then enable it..and kung ayaw pa din...restart your PC..

11.go to TOOLS..then click FRAME CALCULATOR tab

13.tapos iobtain na yung ip na nilagay sa lancard..


note: yung configuration sa FRAME CALCULATOR..kailangan ikinoconfiure ito lagi kung gustong magboost yung speed, kasi pag nasshutdown yung PC or narerestart..nawawala kasi yung configuration..kaya icoconfigure uli siya..dahil naseset siya uli sa default settings..


para dun sa mga hindi mabuksan yung canopy..kahit sinundan na yung procedure..ibig sabihin naka lock yung antena..post nyo na lang kung d mabuksan para maipost ko kung pano iunlock yung antena..

sa mga nakalock yung antena..eto poh yung procedure on how to open your canopy antena

first..
1. pumunta sa properties ng lancard
2. then imbes na 169.254.1.2 ang ilalagay nyo type 10.1.2.3 then press the "tab" then prees the ok button what so ever para maaply yung nilagay nyong ip
3. go to command prompt..or kung dun sa hindi alam pano pumunta sa command prompt..start--run--type cmd then ther you go......
4. type arp(space)-a parang ganito arp -a then enter
5. then my makikita kyo dun na internet address what so ever pag my nakita kayo na IP address na naguumpisa sa "10." then type it in your web browser then nasa confugration ka na ng canopy..

I am new here at your forums. Taga Luzon nga lang po ako, di ko masyado maintindihan ang Bisaya language. I landed here in search of Smartbro Reflector. Gusto ko sana magkaroon ng Smartbro connection since ung smartbro ko eh hindi pa naayos since nagkatyphoon sa aming lugar. The whole barangay is unserviceable of smartbro connection at ala pang confirmation from smart if kelan nila ibabalik.

I have seen na rin na mga ilang bahay dito na may mga smartbro connection through the use of Reflector and ang sabi nila nakakakuha daw siya ng connection from the other town which is 7 kilometers away. Talaga po bang posible ung ganun? And if YES, sino po pwedeng contackin about subscribing into this connection. Please help. Thank you po.

ang canopy access gi block na sa smartbro.. Unlike sauna nga kung kahibaw ka sa IP sa imong canopy, ma access ra dayon nimo.. Daghan na gud nasakpan sa smartbro sa Luzon nga ni hack sa canopy. Kay ang ihatag sa tech kay 256kbps ra man gd instead of 364kbps... mao nga gipang hack sa mga users and switch it too 500kbps....

So far, ok ra man akong connection diri sa Cebu.. I'm from minglanilla...
