Qualifications:
- Preferably a Graduate of Mass Communication, Education, Business or any related course from a reputable university
- Excellent communication skills
- With at least 6 months experience from TOP call centers in Cebu
- Interested with training
- Strong initiative
- Male / Female
- 22 to 28 years old
- Team player
- Willing to render overtime when necessary
- Open to multi-tasking

dile pd ba na nga naa fraction on the ad. kay needed pa ba na reputable university..why naa diay university nga dile reputable...hmmm... dile unta ni ing ani..lain mn pd ni sa uban diba. if you think naa pa reputable nga university nga almost all schools are linked with scandals etc. dapat yata you have to encourage all sana and not choosy sa hinahanap nyo kse you never know maybe the employee that you are expecting is comming from a small school lang pero eager mag work diba...

Ideally speaking yes, however this is the real world and the real world does not know what fair is. I was once an eager student who came from a small school, and have been turned down by companies because it wasn't "reputable" enough. But I did not think of it as unfair, instead i made it as my motivation and a challenge to acquire the job that I am capable of and of course the fruits of my job-searching labor paid dearly. Part of getting the job is if you know how to sell yourself, the reputable university is only a consolation. When you get to be in recruiting you would understand, so I challenge you to show your potential and not linger on that requirement.

Hello, we appreciate your interest, however we do require graduates.
