    Default how often?!


    how often do u used comfort rooms to give comfort to ur body by eliminating ur waste in other words defecate...

    wat do u feel if u can't defecate for a day or two?

    ako usually once to twice a day... if once ra naa ra na cya during afternoon but if twice one in midmorning and 1 before bed time...

    kung di ko ka eliminate for a couple of days kay ika third day kay mag lisod kog pagawas den gahi ang mo gawas plus u don't wan't to smell it... hehehe...

    my doctor advise me to defecate everyday at least once a day para di mag almoranason...

    hehehe... mao jd na akong problem baya kay mu eliminate ko sa akong waste kay in 1 week mga 2 or 3 times ra... my doctor told me na i have to defecate everyday unya take ko ug laxative ato kay para dili ko madaot... pero ning undang man ko kay i feel na nagsalig nalang pod ko sa laxative gud... karon same problem napod ko... hehehe...

    all you need to do is to eat food rich in fiber.... water melon... etc...

    try to increase your fluid intake..fiber intake as well.then exercise para mu stimulate sa imong bowels..

    ako kay mga twice a day jud ko.hehehe

    Ako kay daily ko mag defecate, either early morning or late afternoon. I drink lots of water and eat fiber-rich food.

    If di ko maka poop in a day kay bug-at akong feeling uy. Di ko mahimutang.

    mo adko ko sa cr everyday...kaon daghan fiber vegetables,fruits,whole wheat bread..i aanad imo kaugalingon first thing you do in the morning.hope this helps

    and another thing inom diay ko mga 4 glasses of water before ko mo you know

    mao pod na akong problema kay nag puyo man ko sa akong mga in-laws and my brother-in-law dili kau tig kaon ug mga fiber, so ang lutoon sa akong mother-in-law kadtong maka kaon ang akong brother-in-law... so ala jd kau ko fiber ma intake... pero about sa fluid i can say na kusog2x jd ko mu inom ug fluid... and the exercise... hmm... ala pod ko ana...

    sometimes kung maglabad na jd ang akong ulo ug sakit na jd ang akong tiyan unya dili pa jd ko ka gawas sa akong waste final resort nalang jd ko "suppository" hehehehe...
