i have been into this quest of STRESS FREE LIFE pero isa gyud ka approach ang ako nakita---
DO NOT WORK and REWARD YOUR SELF (ISLAND / RESORT na DILi CROWDED tsk tsk beach, scubadive..)
kana ra gyud.hope this helps. and i have tried no to work for a week (nag relax to a paradise place) as in wala gyud streesss.

-sleep a lot!!
-exercise
-watch feel-good movies
-go bond with your friends (forget work for a while!)
-try not to bring or think much of officework at home
