hahaha. murag wa jud na ka answer but haycore is right about trail running. & i know that kay ga trail run sad ko uphill & downhill. what i am confused of is the way you do the trail run nighthawk. murag downhill naka mo run based on your thread? nya backtrack pero different trail ang agi-an? am i right?

ako pud road run ra, pero wa pud ko kasabot sa fun run last year nga gitawag ug mountain trail run pero naa diay sa road. pero sa bukid to dapita hehehe

bro, mas maayo if kung magtrail ta ad2 ta sa area nga civilized area---->trails--->civilized area ha... murag og cebu city----->mactan bridge------>lapulapu... para convenient para sa tanan in case sa mga necessary needs og sayon paguli nato..... lets choose a trail nga sayon lang sa and lets progress after... assess sa nato ato self...

Trail running is --- running on trails not on roads (asphalt/concrete). It is on hilly terrain. You go uphill then go downtrail, vice versa and so on and so forth...blah, blah, blah. Apil na lang nako every Sunday.
