i have doubts ani nga company...yeah yeah mkatawag sa US and Canda and MJ to MJ anywhere. daghan mga amigo nko nang-inquire ani but after i read there FAQ murag daghan gyd kog mga pagduda.

good thing naai tech support dri ni follow sa thread and even from him he is not fully convinced of this product. mura maau pa cgro ang vonage - i don't know.
daghan problem with vista? naai conflict sa pc anti-virus? nah patay...saun nlng

The company doesn even have a Mailing address only tech support via chat. convenient lagi kay chat ra ditso but if mokalit nig panira. adios patria adorada inyo gibayad (aw ila diay - kai sa US raman ka kapalit).

& router ra imu kelangan...though mag bayad ka monthly but daghan man sad kaayu features like:

magic jack is great but i prefer vonage,.. credibility is the key. magic jack dont have a live customer service representative that u can contact incase u will have some discrepancies, just sharing my opinion though...

tech chat support sucks! that's one thing i can guarantee u, maro c dan borislaw (inventor) wal cyay call center ani i dnt know y, he prefer chat daw, kay bla3x if u try to visit the website ma ugtas nlng mo mag lisod mo og chat sa isa ka live person mao sad nang gi sapotan sa mga taw sa gawas kay maboang kag pangita sa chat support sa ila site mismo. u can try it urself magicJack. and naa mani cya email address mao na amo gi handle. ang mo email ni dan kay kana nang nag mga super irate, gikan na cla sa chat support den dli cla satisfied sa fix (ang fix rabya ana kay script ra den copy paste daun) and d funny thing ana kay kami tig filter so as if we were d inventor replying to the customer pero naa gyd na ang line na "we were ask by Dan to assist you with this" and we dnt provide them w/ trouble shooting steps amo buhaton is replacement if customer is irate we give 2 mj's, if super irate 3 mj's if mukiha na 4 mj;s w/ 1 year free of service. my point is we are really not fixing the issue but were giving them alternative the sad part here is ang email add ni Dan is dli open sa public sa makakita lang. weird ryt?

maksabot ramn sad ta if discreet lang ang email kay if i public ni den wala nay mo agto og chat support mo email na tanan requesting for a replcemnt hehehhe

they might occasionally listen in on your calls so they can get extra profit from advertisers instead of getting it from consumers...

yes, i agree that vonage is safer and more dependable. klaro pa ang tech support, labi na if you have a lot of friends working in different call centers. hahaha.

but for the price you are paying with the magic jack, as long as the connection stays ok, then i guess it's worth it. we probably just need to be cautious and discuss more delicate matters in other means.

besides, those who need to call abroad often don't really discuss their spy operations. it's usually about the cheesy stuff that i don't think any scheming black market company would have any use of.

i dont think naa sila Customer Service/Sales via phone so impossible kaayu naa sila callcenter..
but on second thought, basin "chatcenter?" na nila kay chat rman ila customer service hehehe...
