pssst.. haven't u guys realized that "sampling" and the "remix", the basis of rap/hiphop/electronic music originated from Dub Reggae?? bet u guys don't know that..
sampling, which is the lifting of certain tracks from previous recorded material, originated from jamaica, wherein jamaican vinyl producers, in order to save money, used the b-sides of existing LP records to make "remixes" which were called "versions" (pronounced "vhershyans")during those times.. mind u, these happened in the 1960's!!

dont exactly know sa origins nila, but mainstream HIP-HOP and mainstream RAGGAE sounds good to me.

music - clothes - culture - etc.. name it, its cool..
if you guys think that hip-hop(music) is all about Eminem,50 cent, Dre, Snoop... and you rate hip-hop on what you hear in their lyrics, well listen to Tupac, Nas, BTNH, Scarface, etc.. maybe it'll change your views
